Konstance Parker, 25, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. March 31 after she was stopped on South Cherry Street for equipment violations on her 2013 Chevrolet, according to Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Lt. Frank LaMonica Jr.

During the stop, deputies determined she was intoxicated and found that she had a prior DWI conviction on Feb. 24, 2017, and was driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, was driving on a revoked license from the previous DWI, and had an additional revocation and a suspension on her license, LaMonica said.

Parker was released and is scheduled to appear in City of Poughkeepsie Court on April 16.
